Most on this site sneer at Idaho (which is funny as hell), but Boise is an awesome city. I'd definitely live there before I would live in LA again.

Actually there is a good bit, they have some really nice bars, taverns, restaurants with wild game, great microbrewery, and nearby regional microbrews, clean city, lots of streams to fly fish, and Sun Valley is two hours away for skiing. Coeur d' Alane. Beautiful place.
