This was two-way Babe Ruth-level dominance
I get that he was a great baseball player for his time but some of his legendary stories are just a lie.
What is he swinging a 60 oz bat yet hitting 600’ home runs?
I will stand on the hill that Babe Ruth wouldn’t make it past AA baseball in this day and age.

The game is completely different. Pitchers threw in the low to mid 80s. There are 8th graders hitting that now (no I’m not saying today’s 8th graders could play mlb in the early 1900s). The game has changed and if you take prime babe Ruth and put him in the todays game, he does not crack AA baseball.

One of my favorite things to do as a Dodger fan is to watch Ohtani highlights with the Japanese audio. I might start learning Japanese so I don't have to listen to Joe Davis.
