The problem was that he turned his hat backwards instead of removing it when asked.

they asked him to take it off so they could see his face or something like that, he turned it around and they asked him to remove it.
I'm not sure what side i'm on either, but its their tournament so do what they want.

I believe he had also just added www.rickiefowler.com to the back of his hat, so when they said they couldn't see his face he flipped it around...and got a little plug in for his website. 
Fwiw, he does usually do this at other tournaments, he's said something about how he thinks it allows the fans to get to know him better or something like that.
I like the kid, just wish he'd put it together just once. He can fade away after that, I'm just tired of hearing about him not winning.

I'm going to go nuts this week. Weather is absolutely perfect here in Memphis and I have a set of AP2's set to be delivered to me tomm. It's going to drive me insane to not be able to be out playing(at least until after work).
