He and Palm are good about selecting which teams get in the tournament, but hes usually really off about seeding and where teams play.

Not that I can recall. Bracketville is the most accurate site IIRC.

Bingo, getting the correct teams in the tourney is the easy part. Seeding is difficult, but placing in the correct region is nearly impossible.
