Here's something interesting. Mariners pitcher Danny Hultzen had a higher batting average than Anthony Rendon this year and he had well over 100 at bats.

Can anyone tell me why George Springer is rated as a better prospect thatn Mikey Mahtook? Seriously. Springer is 22, how old is Mahtook?

I have seen repeatedly where services have said Springer has the highest ceiling of any player in the draft.

He's a lot more likely to stay in CF and a potential 20-20 guy who can play CF is a lot more valuable than a 20-20 guy who plays LF or RF.

Thanks. I honestly haven't studied them that closely but they look to the eye like very similar players and both seem very similar to Hunter Pence to me. I would be happy if Springer turned out as good as Pence has.
