Farmerville fumbles in OT and Calvary kicks a FG to win it. Great game.

That's crazy. Hate to see a team lose like that.

The ending was crazy. Farmerville had the ball with less than 2 mins. to go and fumble it, which led to a Calvary TD to tie it up. The Farmerville throws an int with :26 left, Calvary turns around and throws an int with :20 left. Farmerville then takes a knee, IMO taking a knee was not a smart move.

I believe they were and I see where you are going, but I still believe that you can't play scared and expect to win in the playoffs.

Just got home and WOW. West Monroe looked like West Monroe for the first time in about 3-4 years. Completely dominated Ouachita tonight. Conner was shut down all night. He broke one for about 15 yards once WM was up 21 with 3 minutes left in the game. Next up is Barbe at WM. I don't think either team has seen another team like what they'll see Friday night. Coach Arledge said on the radio that he's been breaking down Barbe's film since WM played STM.

Conner did score on a hook and ladder. That's the only time he did anything all night.

He tore his meniscus and had surgery, he's out for the year.

That is surprising. I am offshore and when I heard about the rain today, I immediately changed my prediction to Ouachita due to Conner's run game. You are right, that has to be the best defensive showing WM has put on in a few years.

It wasn't just that though. It was the entire package. I don't remember any fumbles when it mattered-fumbled with 2 minutes left in the game. The only boneheaded play I saw was a muffed punt...and the snap over the punter's head for the safety.
