quote:I'm watching the same thing because I have Colston, too. He's going to play. How much remains to be seen. He wants the ball a lot; Payton's keeping mum on how big a factor he'll be. Remember, too, that Patton will be back this week as well. And I think Shockey, too. There will be a lot of new faces for Brees and Payton may be worried about Marquis catching with a splint. I say, give him an easy catch and let him do what he does. His legs haven't been injured any.
I've been reading up on Colston and I really want to start him, but I keep seeing the phrase "limited play" attached to his name.

So basically I have 5 solid WRs and no one that is a definitive start haha. I guess it could be worse.

Finally.
Hey, Voo Doo, looks like you'll want to slip Mewelde into the starting position.

Steelers | Parker out for Week 7

Gerry Dulac, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers RB Willie Parker (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 17, and will not play in the team's Week 7 game.

Sorry I edited my post. I have to play 2 RBs.

Damn, I guess I would go Johnson and Lewis just because I would not normally start 2 RB's on the same team, but against KC, it may not be a bad idea

I'm in a money keeper league. We can keep four players, counting against the round they were originally chosen. If, say, I keep my first rounder and go on to trade for a player drafted in the first round, they count as a first rounder, then the next available round, so I wouldn't need to trade for another first rounder. So here's my keeper situation:
Mojo: 1st rounder
Bush: 2nd rounder
Michael Turner: 3rd rounder
Randy Moss: 4th rounder
Ronnie Brown: 5th rounder
Brees: 10th rounder
So I'm looking to condense those players into players. Brees is too good a value to trade away as a 10th rounder, so basically, which two of the other 5 do I try to move?

What do you think? I really want to start Holt but I would have to drop a RB off of my entire team to make room in my starting lineup for another WR..any suggestions?

In these cases, I would rather haggle over RB's, WR 's & QB's, which is why I generally keep 1 TE, 1 Kicker & 1 Defense but of course there are exceptions to every rule (ie having Titan's defense on a bye week, etc.). With that being said coupled with the fact of me not knowing your scoring system, # if teams, etc. I would (personally) drop Rackers.
EDIT: Just saw this on CBS sportsline:
News: Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart was added to the injury report as questionable after missing practice Friday with an illness, but coach John Fox expects him to play against the Saints.
Analysis: Stewart won't get many carries against the Saints even though he's expected to play since DeAngelo Williams will get the most touches. Still, Stewart is the goal-line back and has the chance to score touchdowns. If Stewart plays, consider him a No. 3 Fantasy RB.

yeah I saw the same thing on Sterart, and I didnt want to play him anyways, we have to have and only have 2-qb's,2-TE's 2-DST's and 2-K's, we can have 4 RB's but have to play 3, or 3 RB's and just play 2 or 5 WR's and have to play 3, or just 4 WRs on just play 2

quote:ah, gotcha. So you can drop Mcfadden and play Holt, right? If so, that's what I would do since D-Mac's only significant game was vs KC and hasn't really done anything since. I don't think anyone will be in a big hurry to pick him up (barring injuries).
