I hope Fister is OK, would be a big loss to the rotation.

Yeah, I'm not sure what happened (didn't see the specific injury) but I heard it wasn't too good. Just hope it's not too bad.

I am the eternal pessimist, so the obvious major concern is having hundreds of millions locked up in two fatsos that can't play defense. That said, putting up sick numbers of runs should make it a fun season.

Cabrera's D wasn't that bad in the past, and I'm sure he'll get more comfortable at 3B as we get along (he hasn't really been there since 08 plus the FLA years).

No doubt the middle of the lineup with Miggy+PF, should be fun to watch. This afternoon was a perfect example, esp. that second homer by Prince. Ball totally just flew off that bat so quickly.

Miggy will prove to be a decent third baseman.

Losing Fister will sting but we will be fine, the Mud Hens have some guys down in Toledo that Leyland really liked when we were looking for the 5 spot in the rotation.

The Tigers have got to be the FAV in the AL this year. A STUD starter that can win 20+ games. a great closer. Two guys that can easily get 40+ HRs and should top 100+ rbi's. And a GREAT Manager. Its theirs to lose IMO.

I agree, and thought so after their strong finish last year, let alone once adding Fielder. Leyland has always been a fav of mine.

If he cant then they can just stick him at DH or put Fielder at DH, pretty sure he wouldnt mind.

Miggy at 3B won't be bad, he will make the plays he can get to just no range. Like Jeter at short
