I just don't see how anyone can feel comfortable one way or the other in the LSU/AU game... still tons of questions for both teams.

with marshall making his first road start, I think he'll be shaky early. We've got to avoid getting pushed around early (basically what's happened the last two times we've traveled to Tiger Stadium). I could see us getting behind a couple TDs in the first quarter and getting out of our comfort zone. Auburn hasn't trailed by double digits all year, so I'm not sure how we'd respond in that situation. I see a couple of costly turnovers early b/c of nerves, we settle down in the 2nd half, but by then it could be too late. We've haven't faced this level of athlete on the outside yet, and our best CB is likely out.

if someone put a gun to my head, i'd take LSU... but still lots of uncertainty.

I really think LSU runs away with the game. LSU will score 42. Aub maybe gets 17.

This remind me of Aub coming into town in '11. A team that will just be overwhelmed

I also will be playing something Baylor. Maybe Baylor Team Total when it comes out. They will roll Monroe

Not trying to be a total homer here, but what are the tons of questions for LSU?

LSU has played a top 20 opponent on the road and beat them. Any questions about the offense have been answered. The Oline is fantastic, the RBs are fantastic and Mett has been very good so far through 3 games (9 TDs vs 0 Interceptions).

On defense we maybe have a weakness at the LB position? We have some freshmen playing that have all been good so far.

The game is in Tiger Stadium.

By no means is this "easy money" on LSU, I just don't get the comment about tons of questions for both teams.

If you bet Auburn, Good Luck to you. I hope you lose

They were when we beat them.

And the secondary that Mett faced that night is better than every other secondary we will face all year except for Florida. And that includes Alabama's.

LSU could very well cover and I might not even be on them. Luckily I don't think the number will drop below 15.5, so I'm in no rush to lock it in (though I'd like to get 17).

But I don't think TCU is a top 20 team. I think LSU is a great team, but they have some history with playing down, as well as looking ahead to UGA in two weeks.

You shouldn't let the polls dictate your betting like that, especially week 1 polls...

They were ranked in the top 20, but they weren't a top 20 team.

So out of my whole explanation the only thing you picked out was that I said TCU was ranked 20? If you think that is why I said I like LSU you aren't very good at reading. I am just asking the guy what are all of the questions surrounding LSU. It is a legitimate question...I don't care which side he is on, I am just curious as to what question marks LSU still has at this point.

You think TCU has a better secondary than over half the SEC?

Last two times at LSU has played AUB at home:

LSU 45 - Aub 10

LSU 31 - Aub 10

LSU's offense is eleventy billion times better than those years and Aub is no where near as good as they have been in the recent.

I just think LSU puts up at least 42 and Auburn puts up a Max of 17

*Not saying past history matters because the teams are totally different. Just pointing it out

If yall arent looking at the Mich game you should be. UConn is bad

Tell me who on LSU's schedule is better?

UGA?
Bama?
A&M??

Auburn, Arkansas, MSU and Ole Miss aren't as good either.

I said UF was better.

That is one I will be looking at. UConn always gets more respect than they deserve. I add Maryland -4.5 right before they kicked Saturday.

it's mainly auburn, but LSU has some youth on defense and Cam Cameron is only three games in as OC. This isn't Kent State or UAB, and to think the offense will move as seamlessly as it has the last two weeks is premature.

no question Auburn has more questions coming into this game... we're not the top 10 team afterall.

You are overrating TCU through your P&G glasses.

If you think a game against Manziel is indicative of Bama's secondary, then I'm not sure what to tell you.
