ETA: Concerning the under. If both offenses keep playing like they have been, it's still viable.
21 of the 28 points came from a Big Run, Punt Return and a pick 6. I don't foresee that happening again in the 2nd half.

Just assume that when Va Tech gets the ball, they aren't scoring.
