Probably, I'd really like to see how Nadal could handle one of these guys when they're fresh though. Neither of them would stand a chance coming off of a marathon. FWIW their last match went to like 12-10 in the final set.

IMO Isner isn't athletic enough to play with Nadal. if you can get him running he can't hit with enough power to recover.
