Observation between men’s and women’s basketball games

Why is it when a men’s team wins a national title, the celebrations (for the most part) stay within the current team/staff but when a women’s team does it, every alumni feels the need to not only be there but also has to make their way into on court celebrations/hugs.

I mean Saturday night Hakeem was trying to get on the floor to celebrate with Houston.
Real reason would be NBA season is currently on going. WNBA is in the off-season. Hell the WNBA draft is next week.
