He puts up big numbers against notoriously bad defenses (Hawaii, Nevada, and now UM) and people blow him.
He's a really good QB, but watching his throws, the receivers are the ones making the plays and most of the time are making great adjustments on poorly placed balls.
His first TD was an utter joke. You had a DB playing basically 10 yards off in the back of the endzone with them snapping at the 4 yard line.
His second was nice, but again blown coverage.
If ND fans would realize they made the right call on the screen, then he's only thrown a few good passes so far.
He's still a good prospect, but nowhere near his hype.
