It really is. If you ever look at the FCS Championship games it's filled with participants that seem to go on a 3-5 year run (Youngstown going to 4 straight and winning 3, App St. winning 3 in a row, GA Southern going to 5 of 6 and winning 4, James Madison has been in the last 3 of 5, etc.).
But no one has gone on the streak that they have - winning 8 of the last 9 championships.
