Non-SEC division winners go 0-6 in bowl games

Semi-interesting stat to note that all 6 non SEC P5 division winners lost their bowl games. Not sure how many times that’s happened that so many division winners lost their bowl games.
PAC-12
Utah: L Rose Bowl to PSU 35-21
So Cal: L Cotton Bowl to Tulane 46-45
ACC
UNC: L Holiday Bowl to Oregon 28-27
Clemson: L Orange Bowl to UT 31-14
Big 10
Michigan: L Fiesta Bowl to TCU 51-45
Purdue: L Citrus Bowl to LSU 63-7
SEC
LSU: W Citrus Bowl vs Purdue 63-7
UGA: W Peach Bowl vs Ohio St 42-41
Now, the Big 12 doesn’t have divisions, but if we want to include their top 2:
KSU: L Sugar Bowl to Bama 45-20
TCU: W Fiesta Bowl vs Michigan 51-45
TCU: L to UGA in National Championship 65-7
So non SEC division winners went 0-6 in bowl games, 1-8 if you want to include the Big 12’s championship participants.

Why are SEC fanbases so upset that teams from other conferences also go to bowl games

Always an SEC SEC circle jerk this time of year, when really it should just be Georgia laughing at everyone.

It wasn’t a month ago we had Ohio state and Michigan fans on this board lighting up the SEC because Florida lost and the SEC was going to get exposed. There’s a reason SEC fans get loud now.
