it really is.. i would attribute some of it to kids staying home and playing for their state schools..
the Florida schools and Notre Dame used to pull all of the best players from all over the country

Florida's loses have come to the eventual national champion at least. FSU cant get out of their own way and Miami is miami. USF stubbed their dick against a bad Pitt team. UCF is usually good but seem down this year too.

FSU played a #1 ranked team a lot closer than UF has so far this season, and they have also had their fair share of injuries at the QB position.

FSU's 18 yr old freshman QB has also played a lot better than any of the slop UF has thrown out there as well...but whatever makes the Gator fans feel good about themselves. They are the best at deflecting their own inadequacies on others.

It is ridiculous for Florida to drop out of the rankings after losing to Bama and LSU. Oklahoma would lose to those two teams.

No one is defending that their defense and team in general is greatly overrated. I just think it's rich that a Gator fan tries to compare the two schools, the QB play, and continues to insinuate that their own team is in any way in a better position. Let's be clear, the Florida defense gave up 40 points to a fairly average LSU offense. That has nothing to do with UF's offense or QB play. So why is the Gator fan focusing on F$U in this instance? Seems kind of petty to me.
