The season? Nah. And I wouldn't even have issue with the helmet getting ripped off. But when he decided to slam Cooper's head into the helmet, it should've been an ejection right there. At the very least he needed to serve a suspension that would've been equal or close to what the refs should have done. And that's at the least.
That's not your "run of the mill scrum".
