He's got DNA, her side of the story, these photos...

Ha, I have been keeping up with this thread pretty closely and I don't think anyone has gone full retard, or even half retard in this thread. No worse than any other thread on TD when you have a couple who do, most of the regular posters in the thread have been good and brought good discussion.
We know for a fact that his DNA was in her underwear, she went to the police claiming rape, and the detective told her pretty much not to do it, IMO there's nothing that can come out of the FSU side to make those things go away. Is FSU going to respond to the Deadspin article from FSU faculty member? Now I would like to hear that.

There's no way they had a relationship after she went to the hospital. Any relationship, especially proof of one, would destroy her credibility, which would stop her from pressing charges now. But believe whatever you want to believe.

As of yesterday around this time, according to Meggs himself, he has NOT spoken with the victim (as he called her).
It was reported on ESPN last night that Meggs and his office said they don't expect a resolution until sometime next week.
It sucks for FSU that they don't have a BYE this week.
It's not fair to Jameis if they sit him - they could beat Idaho with ME at QB - but can y'all imagine if they play him, the majority of that crowd is going to be pro-JW and will probably make a big show of their love when he comes on the field.
Then he gets charged 3 days later? The clip of the entire stadium loudly supporting a charged rapist? Yuck.
There is no good solution for how they handle this weekend.

I dont believe it either.
With that said. Her and her attorney both admitted that they didnt want to press charges anymore. (However, the State can still press charges on their own)
Here's a question....Even though we dont believe it.
What is more damaging?

Well the playing in the game is all up to the school at this point in all of this.

But, if the proof of assault is very evident, the nature of the relationship wouldnt matter, would it? I mean assault is assault. People get accused of assault from girlfriends and people they have known for a while pretty frequent.
But if it is true that they had a relationship (hung out, call/text) before the alleged assault, it does damage her credibility.
And i would like to see the photos proving that. They need to be more than just Winston in a picture with 4 sorority girls out at a bar 1 night. Just because hes in a pic with her doesnt mean they knew each other well or had a relationship with each other. Athletes and celebrities take photos with complete strangers all the time. Does that mean they had a relationship with that person? Not at all.

Truth be told..
Jimbo shouldnt play him.
They can win that game without Jameis.
That way by Monday or Tuesday...The fans wont have to worry about if they cheered for a charged rapist. And if he's in the clear....then well he'll be viewed "in a good light"
