I am just trying to point out that both the accuser and accused appear to have some fishy aspects about their respective stories
At this point all we know about JW's story is that he claims that they had consensual sex per his lawyer.
As far as her story, all we know is that she was allegedly raped at off campus apartment. All of the details on the police report were redacted before it was made public. So the only definitive parts of her story that we're aware of is she claims it was JW and she claims that his roommate witnessed it.
So, what's fishy about their respective stories?
She filed a police report shortly afterwards and also went to a hospital and had a rape kit done. What else is required of someone that was allegedly raped?

Many were expecting to know what was happening by today. They have his DNA, her testimony, proof of a rape kit being done, and photos of injuries.

photos of injuries
What were the injuries? Just asking. I hadn't heard this before.

No one knows.
The report does mention that photos were taken of the injuries per protocol of reported sexual assaults, though.

The photos haven't been seen, but I believe there was a report out (heavily redacted), that said something along the lines of "Photos of Injuries: Y"

The longer this drags out, the less likely I think he will be charged. At this point you either have evidence for a rape charge or you don't.

I don't think a delay means anything, one way or the other. This is a high profile case, so I can understand if the prosecution wants to triple check that they have their ducks in a row before charging JW.

Just charge his arse and let the jury decide. Too much smoke here IMO.

That's what I think will happen. There is too much evidence against JW to say that he didn't do it.

anymore news?
No, just a report that we won't find out anything today.

I'm not sure if this has been posted but Willie Meggs is a graduate of FSU Law School.

That's been known. He has also prosecuted a LOT of FSU players apparently, so he is not afraid to take down any players.

Yeah sometimes this could be a double edged sword in the sense that Meggs might try to err on the side of not appearing biased by NOT charging him due to his education pedigree. I wonder if someone could claim a touch of conflict of interest here because of that?

Let's do some:
Could money be involved? Would an FSU booster pay to see this go away, only to have the plan foiled when the story leaked and the SAO got the case put in their laps. FSUpd had closed the case and TPD had left it inactive.

Could be in support or against her. Idk.
I do know that people on twitter are saying...

Everyone who is in that sorority is getting the backlash
So idk. Its interesting to see the campus perspective of it.
ETA: Its all sad that people will resort to targeting that sorority and its also a disservice if someone from that sorority is leaking information whether for or against.
