Detroit over San Jose in 6
I am worried about the amount of time that the Wings had off. 9 days off is a pretty big gap even if they used it to get healthy. I really hope they can keep up their offensive prowess.
Vancouver over Nashville in 6
I know that the Canucks will be spent emotionally and physically, but I just think they are too solid all-around for Nashville.
Philadelphia over Boston in 7
Philadelphia just impresses me more than Boston, besides goaltending. I'd take their D and O with Boucher over Thomas and company.
Washington over Tampa Bay in 6
I love that Tampa Bay ousted the Pens, but it will hard to continue playing so well against a very well-rested Caps team.

I agree with this except Warshington in 5 Oh and Baloo Vancity has waaaay more depth than you give them credit for...their 3 and 4th line will check you into the ground and score goals in bunches...

It's not that Vancity doesn't have depth, its that the Preds have loads and loads of it. No one wins the President's without depth, but the fact of the matter is, if the Preds can negate the top line, then talent gap is not that wide lines 2-4.

Yeah, I phrased it poorly. If Nashville can take Vancity's first line out of the game, and they are the only team capable of this, then these teams are pretty close to even.... which says a ot about how highly I think of the Preds.
