I remember when Josh Reed was at LSU he said he loved playing in the rain because defensive backs have no idea which way you are going and could lose their footing. Still true 20 years later.

Just under throw it slightly and make sure the WR tries to come back to the ball, easy peasy PI. It’s not easy but they practice those plays.
