Tom Brady has faced a Top 2 scoring defense in the playoffs three times (2014 Seahawks, 2004 Eagles, 2004 Steelers).
Where do those teams rank in terms of sacks and takesways?

Pats now -7. Total dropped to 45.5, 45. Something is up.

Public overreacting to the hand issue I'm guessing

RJ Bell tweeted something about Brady's hand being worse than what is led on.
I think they prob just don't want him practicing on that achilles in the cold weather too much

Don’t ruin this thread by bringing up RJ bell’s name.

If it were worse than it were being lead on than he would need it amputated. Some people are really freaking out about it
Feel like this exact scenario has happened before where his finger got jammed and it wasn't a big deal at all
I think the Pats are hamming it up to frick with the media and the media is running with it because there's not a whole lot of storylines to run in Pats vs Jags.
Guess we won't know til the first pass but if the line drops below a TD I'm all over it.

Fwiw all the local beat writers and Rappaport are tweeting that he threw the ball very well today and he threw with and without a glove at times
Also repeated that the thumb was bleeding when it got hit

Both of those teams in 2004 were top 5 in sacks (Philly being 2 and Pittsburgh 5 I think). And pretty high up in turnovers
Seattle was middle of the pack in INTs and sacks
Also interesting tidbit about "sacksonville"

Great stat by @TonyMassarotti - Half of Jacksonville's sacks this year came in the four games against Indy and Houston.

I like Jax+points too but it’s scary to go against NE in foxboro.
It is. Here is some information though. Tome Coulin upset the Pats twice. He is VP of football operations in Jacksonville.

What a dumbass reason to bet on a game

Really?

He did beat #1 ND in south bend at BC in 93. He also took down Elway’s broncos in Denver as 14.5 point dogs. I believe that was in 96. He must be doing something right when he’s against a Goliath.

He's not coaching and that's an extremely small sample size all from years ago. If the jags win, it won't be because Tom coughlin is in the frickin press box

Its possible he is the reason they are finally fricking winning. A stupid reason reason indeed.
He was the franchise' first HC bringing them to the AFCCG with Brunnell.
I dont think you understand how involved he is with that team as the VP. He isnt coaching on the sidelines but I bet his hand is in the gameplan. what are you looking at to decide on who to bet on? The color of uniforms? Every little piece of information is better than none.

How many other games have you decided your pick based on the VP of football operations? You may have broke the system here man

here is some eye candy for Jacksonville followers in this game.
How do the 2017 @Jaguars stack up among the greatest defenses in NFL history?
- Fewer PPG allowed than 2015 Broncos
- Fewer pass YPG allowed than 2013 Seahawks
- More sacks than 2002 Buccaneers
- Better 3rd down defense than 2000 Ravens
- More defensive TD than 1985 Bears
all courtesy of the NFL Research @NFLResearch on Twitter.
course, that same defense just surrendered 42 points last week in a playoff game so that leaves a lot to be desired when being compared to the all-time great defenses IMO.
I'd rather see the Jags win so if I were betting, I'd bet with New England. A rule of thumb.

Not sure why 1H total for NE/Jax is stuck on 22.5 when the game total is 46. Frustrating.
