Well I have looked at Auburn, Tennessee, and State.
I emailed all three because I wanted to visit. I visited Tennessee and Miss State. My original plan was to start next fall, but Miss State had a new professor come in who has a bunch of $$$ in funding (which is huge for grad school) starting next semester. So they are my number one choice right now. I have been unofficially accepted. Waiting for it to clear and then get word on how much funding I will get. So if I get in there for next semester, I'd rather get going than wait until fall for Auburn or Tennessee.

Yea, I'm bout to transfer to UAH to finish out undergrad, and hopefully go to grad school there for Aerospace Engineering.

I'm actually going to the Mississippi Turf Association conference tomorrow with the Miss State Turf Program. Hoping I get some official word from them. Would be nice so I can start looking for places to live in January.

State has a fully-funded assistantship that I should get (crossing fingers) if I'm accepted. Plus I'm blessed to have parents that would be able to pay for my graduate school.
I majored in Biology, so I have a very general degree. I'd prefer not to look for a job just pertaining to Biology. My ultimate goal is to be a high end golf course superintendent.

Well I'll let you come practice on my course whenever I am the superintendent.
On a golf note, my mom was looking at Starkville apartments and the one she mentioned is on a 9 hole golf course (free for residents). It's probably shite, but free golf is free golf.
