They had about as much evidence as you can have going into that trial. However, if there was a voicemail on an answering machine with him saying "I killed them both", then the attorneys would want that too.

You get as much evidence as you can gather, then you sift through it and use the best evidence when necessary.

I think it's a great example since everyone knows they had plenty of evidence and blew it.

Having him confessing on a phone if they had access to it would have made it impossible

I am just saying even if you have 99% of evidence that is great, why not get the 1%

So, if the reports are true that other teams have known that UM is doing this and haven't either a)changed how they relay plays to the players, or b) used it to their advantage, then they're dumb and deserve to lose.
