Not a Rockets fan, but I'll give credit for this deal. Morey knew ditching Jefferies was a necessity for them, and he robbed them to do so.

Knicks will be fine, they'll get 2 huge stars this summer and basically start from scratch.

That seems to be the only deal on the table. Things are pretty dead now. Stoudemire is definitely staying in Phoenix.
