In every sport players use the rules to the best of their abilities. When you get to the top that means you made some enemies, just the way it is.

He is so shifty and uses it to his advantage. Any player should. Big players use their weight or height to advantage as well.

I don’t blame him, he wants to win and be great. All of the great ones also shot a higher percent of FTs compared to other players. Its because they are so good they can make those moves and draw a defender in a compromised position.

One thing no one has even mentioned. After plays he never complains to the refs. Compare that to other stars. He gets fouled with no calls just like everyone but doesn’t complain - its very rare. And thats something no one mentions.

Thunder coach has worked on the last 2 minutes of halves for a few years. And he’s got them tuned in to exploit it. They never let up
