Yea. I'm fine with doing nothing so far based on what we've seen. Even going by percentage of cap, some of the prices for players, especially bazemore, are insane.

~20% of the cap for a career 11.7 PER SF????

RFAs can't officially sign until the 6th I believe, so those teams have like a week and a half before they would have to match

That explains it.
I keep forgetting we are actually in a moratorium right now. No one can officially sign.

might as well have sent boom too

Could they afford to send Boom? Pretty sure they're saving him for the KD pitch. You know, if James Harden decides it's okay to pursue him.

A person with knowledge of the Blazers' plans says their intention is to go after both Chandler Parsons and Dwight Howard.

LOL did we send hakeem and all the others over to convince those guys to come on down? I agree Cato was really overpaid but I dont remember the numbers but didnt he have like a monster triple double in the preseason with like 15 blocks and we just thought he was the next hakeem? Still lol at getting a monster deal off 1 game

You know shite is tough for the Lakers when Brian fricking Windhorst is on live TV saying you've hit rock bottom. Yeesh.

I dunno man, I still think Mozgov is a good signing at a decent price. He's been marginalized and undervalued in Cleveland. He was really effective when he was a fixture in that rotation.

I think it's a shrewd move to swoop in and sign him now as opposed to waiting until pickings get slim and his price goes up. I want to laugh and say it's a bad signing but I don't think it is.

Kevin Durant meeting with Warriors is still going on, per source. Been talking with each other for two-plus hours.

Meh. I'd say Dallas would love to trade spots with the Lakers in a heartbeat. They've been swinging for the fences for nearly 4 years now and have nothing to show for it despite a great owner and no state taxes.

Dirk should be mad as frick imo

Nope. Just good ole Carol Dawson. I always thought his final years were incredibly painful. I think Stromile Swift was his to.

I get that he's no spring chicken, but that is pretty good value for Al Jeff. The Pacers are indeed an interesting team.

I don't get this move.

Well he's the one that stayed too loyal to that team. Should have bounced somewhere if he wanted to keep winning.
