Keep shooting yourselves in the foot idiots. It'll just make all the momentum achieved from the great 10-11 season and those who actually do give a crap about Basketball at this point in the year disappear all the quicker.

Years ago, I would have jumped off the bridge with an NBA strike, nowadays I couldn't give a shite less. I wonder if half those dumbass players even know why there is a lockout...no smarter than the mindless Wall Street protesters, except for the fact the NBA players are rich, but with the lockout, hurts to not buy any bling bling...

owners' lack of revenue sharing and owners giving out big contracts?

especially when you cant agree to a 50/50 split.

fwiw, the players would be giving up 7% to the owners' 3%, in a "crisis" the players didn't create

the players will lose this battle 10 times out of 10. america doesnt want to listen to millionaires fight with billionaires, especially when you cant agree to a 50/50 split.

Except the billionaires started the fight.

And a lot of the players can go play in places like Europe or Israel.

Meh, I've always liked College BB better anyway. At least those kids play hard every game and play for the love of the game.

Butbutbut it's the players' fault and they need to shut up. Can't have them earning free market salaries.

america doesnt care. you are being offered a 50/50 split and turned it down, players are not gonna gain public support.

means nothing. only the best players would be offered contracts over there, and they dont need the money. the vast majority of players are SOL right now.

It will be interesting to see what happens to the NBA if this occurs.

I love the NBA , but with LSU doing so well , and the fact that I still play a lot myself. NBA league pass will suffer more than I !

that is a HUGE change in the split

and the cbs only sucked b/c of a lack of revenue sharing

revenue distribution is the only real problem in the NBA
