It’s been a talking point about OKC all season win or lose. Some of us are basketball fans and want to see good basketball and not just constant whistles. It’s not good basketball and OKC is talented enough where they don’t have to do it.

It's not good basketball ever.
The pump fake use to be used to move a defender and get off a shot. Now it's used to get a defender off balance and jump into them to draw a foul. It's the state of the game today. Just some teams, have taken that to another level.
