That's how I am outside of the Mavs, and if you like a player enough you start pulling for their team.

If you were a Michael Jordan fan back in the day, you pulled for the Bulls because you wanted him to win. If you were a Larry Bird fan, you pulled for the Celtics to win and so forth.

Celtics fans are Boston fans, not Bird fans. They didn't leave when Bird retired.

Am told LeBron decision on next team will be delivered suddenly, with little fanfare. "Bam, this is where I'm going," source described.

I think the Heat would have a better shot of bringing back Lebron if Wade is not in the picture...

Agreed. Riley doesn't want to do Wade dirty obviously, but letting Wade walk and bringing in Carmelo was the move he should've made or at least attempted to make imo.

I still don't think it's going to happen, but it would be comical after the past four years of being shite on by the national media.

One move this offseason would be nice. I wouldn't mind Melo in LA. I doubt it happens unfortunately. I just want them to land someone substantial.

Looks like Melo is headed to go meet with Kobe now.

Just saw that, but I don't get the point. Dragging this out is just hurting Miami's chances of signing FOs

LeBron wouldn't bring shite to Cleveland if the Cavs weren't an extremely serious consideration.

I don't understand. He obviously doesn't need leverage. What's the point?

Are the lakers trying to court Bron? Or are they moving on to melo?

They've been somewhat quiet
