I think he has it now...after the meeting with Riley.

I don't think he's known for weeks like some people do.

I haven't thought about this, but if he signs a 2 year deal KD and LeBron are both free agents in 2016....

What was this board like 4 years ago at this time? Similar circus?

Don't remember, but does anyone less remember ESPN had a fantasy style game where you picked where all the free agents would go?

I don't see KD teaming up with Lebron.

I don't think he has. He's terrible at playing the villain, and I think that's coming into the equation now. Either way, he's going to let people down.

Serious question to the board -

I'm not a LeBron hater by any stretch of the imagination, but I do believe he's made up his mind.

However, I don't think it's as easy of a decision as people make it out to be. Go back to Miami and play with the corpse of Dwyane Wade, Bosh and a nonexistent bench or go to Cleveland and play with Kyrie Irving and a bunch of unproven youngsters (unless the Love trade works out) under a historically terrible owner with whom you already have an uneasy relationship.

I didn't mean that as them teaming up, but NBA being at an even worse standstill.

He has imo

I do think he gave riley the oppurtunity for one last pitch though.

Right or wrong...my Dallas buddy tells me they are pretty confident they get KD.

A man can at least dream of the idea of LeBron and KD together.

Longer this drags out and there's no movement from Melo, makes me think there is some legitimacy to Miami wanting Bosh to take the Rockets offer and Carmelo moving to the Heat.

No sources, pure speculation. Only thing that would seem to make sense to me the way this is going at the moment.

They could just sign Melo. They don't have to wait on Bosh

They probably prefer Bosh. Better fit. Already use to playing alongside LeBron.

I realize that. Just the only thing that makes sense on the surface. I'm not saying that will happen.

Plus, I don't think they want to make any of the super friends mad.

That was the story, but apparently Chicago has got back into the picture.

Ditto, but four years ago people were confident the Lakers would be getting LeBron this summer, though.

@GreggDoyelCBS What I think: LeBron has picked Miami. Not announcing yet to give Cleveland time to prepare itself. Just what I think.

This has been my thought since yesterday

I've never understood why people have said they want Bosh to leave first. He's a f/a. Miami doesn't have to sign him if they want Melo.

I did, too, but then there was talk yesterday that the Bulls are back in the mix for him.
