I love Wade, but LeBron is the leader of that team. Vocally in the huddle and on the court.
ETA: one of my friends is a Heat fan too. He lives in Miami. Tells me that it's LeBron's team FWIW.

So you bring quotes from MSNBC (Great source) from players during the Olympics and ignore what came out afterwards? I'm sure that would have helped team chemistry if Deron said oh yeah LeBron is being shitty off the court. I'm sure that would have gone over well.

I'm sure these guys would have gotten along just fine if they spoke their mind during the Olympics and said what has be known for a long time. LeBron is not the leader that Kobe or Wade is.
