The Ohio high school athletic association has relaxed their off-season 7v7 rules. I expect that more of the Ohio talent will stay in high school in Ohio instead of transferring out to an IMG or something similar.

Now if we could just get the weather to train outdoors year long like the south.

New Jersey with 12. Its been an underrated recruiting spot for a while now.

Penn State has a long history of recruiting New Jersey and the DelMarVa.

Why is football so bad in Illinois? It's only a two hour drive from Chicago to Notre Dame and six hours to Ohio State. I'm surprised there's only thirteen players between the two schools.

Number of players from each state that played in NC Game.
