My daughter’s BF plays for SEU, so it’s not fun watching batting practice pitching right now. Haha

The loser of the Hope game tourney is over. Whether it’s LSUS or SEU

Loser of this game will play Gwinnett. Winner of that game will have to win twice to win championship.

If the LSUS/SEU winner loses to Hope tomorrow... they fall into the loser's bracket to face the winner of Georgia Gwinnett/LSUS-SEU loser... winner of that would face Hope again for the Championship

Not really. If it’s Hope, yes. But if it LSUS or SEU loses, then the if necessary game becomes the championship and the tie breaker rules determine who gets the bye to that game. Look at the text in bottom left portion of the bracket

From what I can make out of this mess of a bracket is as follows.

If LSU-S loses tomorrow here are the scenarios:

The winner of the early game (game 16) would determine who gets the bye to the championship on Saturday

1.) if SEU wins then all remaining teams (LSU-S, Hope Intl and SEU) would have identical 3-1 records and tiebreaker rules will place Hope Intl vs SEU on Fri with LSU-S getting a bye to the championship.

2.) If GA Gwinnet wins (4-1 record) they get the bye, by virtue of most games played and LSU S and Hope Intl play on Friday and the winner would then play GA Gwinnett for the championship on Saturday

Of course if LSU-S continues this historic run and wins tomorrow they play on Friday against the winner of Ga Gwinnett and SEU and with a win they are champions at 59-0 (a loss forces an if necessary game on Sat)

yes this is correct.

LSUS could know if they are playing for the championship before they even take the field later tonight
