No, other than doing an article on a potential NCAA playoff this time of year is very cliche.

It's a waste of time because almost everyone has a different theory on a system. Next time find a twist on the main point, then run with that.

Who is going to travel to all of those sites to watch those games?

I don't understand why anyone thinks that it is actually feasible to use bowl games as opening playoff rounds.

If you want an 8-team playoff, fine. Just do it the right way.

First round, home sites of seeds 1-4, second weekend of December.
National semis, home sites of the higher seeds, third weekend of December.
National championship game, 2nd or 3rd week of January, neutral site.

STUPID!
Everyone wants to include the bowls.
To have any sort of playoff, you need to eliminate the bowls. If you are Oklahoma, would you travel to the Jacksonville week one, Tempe, week two, and then go to Pasadena? How many fans have that sort of coin? Local fans would not make up the difference. Fans shelling out $3,000 to $5,000 to travel to all the sites? I don't think so.

Should include that tOSU wont have to play anyone from the SEC.

But other than that I agree. I'd suggest the Georgia Dome instead of the Gator Bowl simply cuz I dont think Alltel is all that nice.

How many times have we heard this secenario. Not very original writing IMO.

I wrote on that site a couple times, might need to start doing it again.

If you want readers to view your writing as journalism, you need to drop the "I think" phrase.

On the topic of playoffs, I have said many times what other posters above say here, fans will not travel to multiple neutral sites. That is the very reason that the NCAA Basketball Tournament combines multiple games at each site. Do you know how many spectators saw the Louisville women play in the first round of the NCAA tournament this year? The game was in BR after the LSU game on a Sunday night and almost no one was there. I realize that more fans will travel for football than for women's basketball, but still, multiple neutral site playoffs are not workable. You have to have either the bowls or the playoffs. You cannot have both.
