Munoz is injured and out of the FOX fight! Now it's Chael Sonnen vs Mike Bisping jan 28th and the winner will fight Anderson for the title.

Bisping would get crushed by Silva. What's more is left for him to prove, other than a superfight with GSP?

Wow. I think Bisping gets STARCHED, but I am glad he gets a legit opponent and a shot at a title eliminator that he deserves.

I really hope & pray that the Chael/Silva rematch goes down this summer in Sao Paulo, Brazil....in AS's soccer team's 80,000+ seat soccer stadium.

Silva/Sonnen
Vitor/Wandy
JDS/Reem

Oh how I can dream....

For Sonnen, I think Munoz offered a bigger threat to Chael. I think he puts Bisping on his back and pounds him out, and I know Bisping's wrestling has improved but Chael is world class(MMA wise) IMO.

Fans who expected verbal fireworks between these two notorious jawers didn't have to wait long for the jibes to start.

"This isn't the new co-main, because I sold all the tickets. This is the new main event," said Sonnen. "I am going to knock the teeth out of this snot-nosed Brit who calls a Count. I am MMA royalty and America will tune into the Chael Sonnen show next Saturday on FOX."

Never one to turn the other cheek, Bisping offered some opening remarks on his opponent: "He's been kicked out of politics, he has been kicked out of the real estate business, and I am going to kick him out of the middleweight division."

I just wish they would had more time for pre-fight buildup, or even better, TUF coaches

I think Sonnen is better than Munoz no matter where the fight goes. Bisping vs Sonnen is you prototype striker vs wrestler speed vs strength matchup which I like.

as far as their collegiate wrestling careers, Munoz has the better pedigree. Their MMA wrestling styles are different since Chael has strong greco background, but I think Munoz is the better wrestler even now.

I agree in the fact I am more excited for this fight because I want to see Bisping get his arse kicked.

But Bisping does not really have that one punch knock out power, and Chael has proven in the past he has a pretty good chin. I think this might be an instant replay of the Stann fight.

Palhares turned the fight down for various reasons according to Ariel Helwani.

No way. Munoz is not an elite mma wrestler, imo. Definitely not on Chael's level in mma.

War Weidman! That one should be pretty good.

maybe so I have not seen all of Munoz's fights and none of Chael's recent fights. I just remember Munoz having a lightning fast and powerful double leg takedown.
