It wasn't a school. They just brought in tutors or some shite. Kinda crazy that Skylar Mays went there when he had medical school aspirations.

They sent them to a private school. Henderson International I believe.

There was also flint Hill Prep in Oakton, VA back then. Dennis Scott is an alum. Stu Vetter was the coach. Randolph Childress and George Lynch also played there.
I’m an alum, class of ‘96. But by then the “Prep” had turned into “School” - FHP was in Falls Church, known as the Falcons, FHS was the Huskies, we won a state title in ‘95, that school is in Oakton.
But Flint Hill Prep was the basketball school in the 80s (couple of USA Today national championships) solely b/c of the coach, Stu Vetter. He left and started Harker Prep which had some very good teams and then he went to Montrose Christian, which Kevin Durant is an alum.

some big, rich Texas high school alum base shelling out big money for a Flagg/Queen type. It will happen.
These basketball academies are playing with more money than that… agents and shoe companies are paying these kids

I played against them in high school. My school was terrible but Montverde wasn’t any good at that time either. They just had local kids and some boarding students but not any of the NBA prospects yet.
