Thats what endures Baker with teammates. He truly goes all out for them including willingness to take hits on runs. They know he never quits until clock hits zero. He found a perfect home in Tampa.
And after Brady won a title there thats a hard position to take over, yet he’s done it and has fans behind him. With their cap hell Brady left them in no one expected a decent QB for a while. That to me is a great accomplishment because QBs always get blame.
