Most days it is a Yankee game, if not then I'm picking a young interesting team to watch. Usually Twins, Indians, Angels, Phillies, or Marlins

Soccer match is only at a maximum going 120 minutes.
It just seems like 4 hours

Every week there is a different doom and gloom article about a different sport. If all the writers are correct, bowling will be the only sport to survive the next couple decades.

I'd take baseball over basketball, which I find mind numbing, and football

Winning or losing has to matter if I'm going to watch something.
When did you start watching the NBA?
The games didn't start to matter until the conference finals.

Football and basketball can last 4 hours,
Football gets drug on for so long with all the stoppages, commercials and unnecessary reviews so I agree with that. Basketball won’t get anywhere near 4 hours unless it goes into like 3 or 4 overtimes, which is pretty rare. Hockey and baseketball are the shortest of the 4 major sports. Both are under 3 hours on average if there is no overtime
