That's my point.
There has to be a middle ground. The Rangers aren't going to absorb that contract. They're already overbudget for the year.

A team that has pitching that has gone to shite? You know what you're getting in Lee. The Phillies can't expect someone to take his entire contract, but $50-million is a little absurd.
