I love the Cubs and going to Cub games and the whole experience involved with that, and I'll be damn if an obtuse decision by stuffed shirts looking to curry favor from whatever group or cause.... will keep me from doing that.
For many if you don't get much enjoyment out of major league baseball in the first place and this type of stuff triggers you, by all means, don't subject yourself to something that stirs such negative emotions in you.
But I can tell you that type of stuff won't and never will bother me enough to deprive myself of something I love to do.
