I hope everyone gets blamed and Mike's trial produces an across the board verdict of guilt for everyone associated with the University from 1975 to 2002. Everyone except Sandusky...because that's the way we like it as a society...everyone but the perp is guilty.

The link is questionable, there is nothing in the major Pennsylvania papers reporting McQueary intending to file a lawsuit or PSU terminating his administrative status.
