Sparty is trying to use the Easy button to void his buyout.
I don’t see this going away quietly given how much money Tucker is going to lose and his potential job prospects after this.

He will sue, they will settle at some point, but it will be for far less than he would have gotten.

If Sparty lowballs him, he may as well go to trial and take them down with him, as I’m sure that there are more skeletons than a cemetery around there due to the Nasser case.

He won't, because he likely thinks someone will give him a job again at some point (doubtful)...
And he doesn't want to do depositions and discovery where he discusses wacking off (or even phone recordings of him doing so going public)

Yeah, there is zero chance they get away without paying him a very large sum of money. And I’m sure he’ll be amiable to making a deal. Neither side wants this dragged out for years and have all their skeletons come out.
