I don't understand how they don't have 2-3 4th down plays ready per game. Most the time you're just giving the defense time to adjust and rest when you blow that timeout.

Michigan couldn't have fricked up that 4th down play anymore.
Had to call timeout to talk it over even though they knew they were going to go for it, then couldn't get lined up properly, then false started.
