For those of you picking "Puddles", keep in mind that he's Donald Duck. Thats not a fark. Oregon has an agreement with Disney that allows them to use Donald and his likeness.

Oregon and Disney have actually (finally) parted ways, reaching an agreement that says that the Oregon mascot is not in fact Donald Duck, and that the likeness can now be used as Oregon sees fit - rather than having to seek Disney's permission for every little thing the mascot does.
This is why now, for the first time, the Duck is involved in that capital one mascot bowl thing - and why you're seeing him all over ESPN, in NCAA11, etc.
And how can you say our boy has no swag?!
