How far can he take the young Rebels? It'll be tough given their schedule. But Wallace can play.
God Kiper is an idiot. Bo is really good in that system but no way in hell an NFL drafts a QB that has a weak arm by HS standards.

I'll echo some, but it seems (IMO) that McCarron has gone from not getting enough hype on the college level to getting too much on the pro level.
As mentioned, this "experience in the pro system" term really needs to stop being used so much. Alabama incorporates a ton of spread philosophies into their offense, it's what's made it so dynamic lately. People just use the term "pro-style" if you don't run read option principles with your QB. In addition, I don't love McCarron's arm for his inability to drive through a window, great touch, not fitting it in the NFL IMO.
He's exceptional on the college level though.

Bo separated his shoulder in the Tulane game and still had a good year. We will see how effective a QB he can be with full arm strength.

Damn, that's an awful list.

LSU made McCarron except for that last drive in which they just blew coverage period, but they made McCarron look like the average, unspectacular QB he will be in the NFL.

Exactly. If AJ has a season like he did last year he will definitely be very high up in the draft
I just think with most of that O-line going pro from last year, he'll be more of the focus of that team this year. He's got some badass WR's to throw to but he'll have to make up for some inexperience on that O-line. TJ Yelding looks like the real deal, so he'll have help there too.
I mean, I'm sure Alabama will put together another solid O-line but you can't teach experience. You lose Barrett Jones, Chance Warmack, and Fluker. If he steps up his game to another level like he has been, he's got a legitimate case. I've doubted him so many times before, yet he continues to progress.
