Man, and we thought millenials giving up too quickly and getting their way was getting bad now.
Two things this will affect.
1. The smaller schools- Lets say LSU doesnt offer a 2 star from NOLA and he goes to ULL or La Tech and tears shite up, then LSU chooses to offer him a spot now that he's proven he's a stud.
2. FCS schools like Souteastern and McNeese take a bunch of FBS transfers each year because they dont have to sit out. Now they wont have that luxury. SE Louisiana has 60% of its roster from D1 schools.
