Way to go out on a limb with that one...
Tiger's best opening round score is 70, on three occasions...coincidently, 1997, 2001, 2002...His opening round in 2005 was 74.
I doubt he shoots under 70 today, possible, but he hasn't done it yet (maybe he's due). In his four wins, he's been 69 or better in both rounds 2 and 3. He has not won the Masters when either round 2 or 3 are over 69.

Tiger's in the 2nd to last group to go off today, so he's going to have a pretty good idea of how the course is playing. Unless the course is playing soft I think Tiger would be happy with anything under par.
