No, just about every OBJECTIVE opinion on college football has said that USC is the best program over the last seven or eight years.

A split national championship is still a national championship. My friends at Georgia Tech don't begrudge Colorado for splitting a title with them, and Tech had a MUCH, MUCH stronger argument than LSU did in 2003.

I don't need other peoples opinions, I've been watching. They've won 11 games and finished in the top 4 every year since 2002, by why are we picking some arbitrary number like the last 7 years? Its was brought up by some USC tard because that's when their run started. Right now Florida is as good or better of a program than USC.

Florida is the only other school in the country who can lay a claim on being the best program right now. If someone were to say that UF is the best program, I would not be upset. Heck, I might be convinced that if you flip a coin to determine the top program, you wouldn't be wrong.

You have won 2 titles, but only be to 1 title game, when the team you are playing can not win the title, its not a title game even if you can be voted #1 by the AP. When both teams have a chance to win the title like the 2005 Orange and 2006 Rose that is a title game.

Considering that the BCS is EXTREMELY flawed, and because in 2003, the AP was still a recognized national championship ranking, my argument is correct. You're also laboring under the tragically flawed assumption that the purpose of the BCS system is to crown a national champion...
