It covered up how jacked he was from all the sauce. He learned quickly from the likes of Sosa and McGuire and Bonds.
Manny also beat up a Rex Sox traveling secretary who was like 70 years old by throwing a phone at him. He was a price of shite, as well as lunatic.
In saying all that, He's still my hitter ever to watch and my favorite everyday player. He also had a huge throwing arm if you ever sww him play in person during warmups, but playing all those years with Monster behind him. He never really had to show off from left.
I think he's the best RH hitter of his generation.
